Our Process

Getting Started
Before you begin, review our Pricing Page to understand our fee structure. Unlike other tax preparation services, we give you the option of submitting your documents to us by mail, fax, email, or encrypted exchange via DropBox. Simply send us an email at info@bineshcpas.com informing us of your preferred method of exchange and we will provide you with the appropriate contact information.

Welcome Email
Once you provide your preferred method of exchange to us, you will receive a welcome email containing a list of required information that we need to prepare your returns.
03.
Send Us Your Documents
Once you have collected all of your tax documents, send them to us via your preferred method of exchange using the appropriate contact information that we provided to you in your welcome email. Please try to send all of your tax documents to us at the same time rather than through multiple exchanges over a period of time.
04.
Engagement Letter and Invoice
When we receive your documents, within three to five business days we will send you an engagement letter. The engagement letter requires signatures for both the taxpayer and spouse if you are filing as Married Filing Jointly.
05.
Tax Preparation and Review
Once you have signed the engagement letter, we will begin preparing your tax returns. Our goal is to make your draft tax returns available for review within three business days. Preparation time may be prolonged if you have not provided appropriate supporting documentation to us, or if your returns are more complex than average.
06.
Filing Your Tax Return
Once you have reviewed, approved your returns, and paid your invoice, we will e-file your tax returns. Please note that, depending on filing requirements, some tax returns may need to be paper filed.
07.
Receive Your Refund Or Pay The Amounts You Owe
Under normal circumstances, if you expect a tax refund, your refund will be credited to your bank account in 2-3 weeks (8-12 weeks for paper filed returns). If you owe any taxes, we will include payment vouchers and instructions with your final return.
